The goal of Business Institute (B.I.) is to help identify talented individuals who want to purchase an existing business as part of M&A deals. The target businesses range from $1 million to $5 million dollars in revenue and have between 5-50 employees. Historically, underrepresented entrepreneurs have been unable to participate in these transactions due to lack of capital, training and access to deal flow. Our Institute helps entrepreneurs overcome these barriers.
